Music licensing expenses are paid to LoudCity for the Internet Radio Stations.  Music licensing expenses cover royalty collection agencies BMI, ASCAP, SESAC and Sound Exchange and are paid to Loud City.  Loud City holds webcasting licenses from ASCAP, BMI, SESAC and SoundExchange.  LoudCity is also a member of DiMA.
